Hello. I have a problem with everum casino .

The bottom line is that in the slots of the Endorphina provider, the amount of 232675 rubles is suspended on the balance. It is not transferred to the casino account balance. I recorded a video and contacted the support service. I was told that the software of this provider has long been disabled in connection with the work on changing the casino platform - provided a video - and did not receive a clear answer. There was no response to the request to specify the time frame for disabling the Endorphina provider, and there was no response to the request to send the account spin history in the provider's slots . Within 2 hours after contacting the support service, the provider was disconnected from the account - and 12,000 rubles were added to the balance. I took screenshots of the account with the connected provider and after disconnecting. 2 days have passed-the support service is silent-I wrote to the administrator-there is also no response. Tell me where to go with this problem ? Correspondence by mail with the support service is available. Screenshots are available , and videos with confirmation of the balance in the provider's slots are also available.I suspect fraud with the account of players under the description of works-not specified anywhere. And in fact, they can not provide the start date of these works.
