Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.
My 522USD winnings were forfeited because I withdrew 100USD off of my free bonus winnings. They say I won from multiple free bonuses.
The free bonuses in question are:
1. COACH50 for First and Ten slot
2. FORTUNE10 for Fortune Frog
I cannot remember if I claimed COACH50 but if I did, I did not receive any confirmation that it was successfully submitted. Or else, I would have not claimed FORTUNE10 and played it incurring wins in the process.
After incurring wins from Fortune Frog, I switched to other slots and found First and Ten, I was pleasantly surprised that First and Ten played free spins automatically.
I transferred all my winnings to Casino Red of Everygame (formerly Intertops), played some more and made the withdrawal there going to my Bitcoin account. After all these back and forth with them in the severity of their action, I cashed in another 301 USD winnings and made another withdrawal going to my bank account (they have no email on this one yet).
What did I do wrong? My history of playing bonuses is to play them through, they can see that that is the way I play.
How come I played Fortune Frog first if First and Ten had indeed provided a bonus first? Because I did not receive the notification. They will see that in their system the time I must have encoded COACH50 to the time I encoded FORTUNE10. FORTUNE10 right away confirmed my successful submission of the free ticket.
Their system can verify whether COACH50 provided me a successfully submitted notification before I claimed FORTUNE10. It is uncharacteristic of me to have claimed FORTUNE10 if I already had COACH50 because, as per my history of playing, I play successfully sent bonuses right away.
If I did not play First and Ten, they would not have had the chance to argue that my winnings came from multiple bonuses but I did play F

Everygame have clear terms prohibiting claiming multiple no deposit bonuses consecutively without a deposit between. If you have claimed two no deposit bonuses consecutively without a deposit between. A no deposit bonus changes your balance and the balance change - as there has been no deposit - can only be accounted for by a bonus. Alongside this, given that you have to enter the bonus code to receive the bonus, this has not been awarded to you without your knowledge.
Before we go any further - do you genuinely believe that it is likely that you did not receive both of these bonuses?
