Evobet - Casino is not acting inline they own Terms


Found for the Player - The Evobet website clearly states that once a player has asked for a Time Out they cannot remove this restriction, yet Evobet have done just that.

Player's Complaint

I start a time out for 15 days. In you Terms is written to cancel a time out is not possible. You cancel the time out and i lose the money. You are not acting inline your Terms and Policy and i expect my money back.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that is negatively listed with this service. We will try to contact Evobet on your behalf, but you should be aware from the outset that the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Hi basel09,

Apologies for the delay. I've discussed this issue at length with the operator and unfortunately we have reached an impasse. Evobet have confirmed that you did request a Time Out. Their site is clear and unambiguous in stating that player's cannot revoke a Time Out until the period has been concluded. However, Evobet have been clear that they feel that as you asked to lift the Time Out they were in the right to re-open your account.

We do not agree with this position and given the information posted on the operator's site, find this practice to be a predatory exploitation of vulnerable players. Unfortunately there's nothing further we can do to encourage the operator to behave in a responsible fashion.
