EvoBet – No deposit limit

Ruling

Found for the Casino - As licensing does not directly impact the fairness of a gambling transaction this service does not base rulings on lack of license alone.

Player's Complaint

I registered and used this site there are no options to set a deposit limit. Im a problem gambler due to stress but i set limits after joining to help. There are no settings to achieve this on the site. I also tried to withdraw money at one point but it wouldnt allow this at 1st. I also went to exclude myself from the site to protect myself from entering and the maximum days you can exclude is 15 days! Which is awful for people trying to get out of gambeling

To add to my complaint im a uk player am i even allowed to play? I joined to play netent games but none were available. I found a game i liked but when i came to go back on it said i had no balance they woukd go in a diferent game then i had a balance. I was forced to use games i didnt want to play. They state on their licence they have to follow software agreement which they cleary dont. I want this site to refund me. The site doesnt work properly i joined under false pretences of available games. I have photo evidence of all of this

The software will not work properly i used a game and when i tried playing again it would not work stating zero balance so i had to play a game i didnt want to! I tried to get them to answer my questions but would not. The software is milicious and advertises netent games which arent there! I have tried to get my money back but refused! I tried to withdraw at on point several times and woukdnt work for a while. My balance kept changing on diferent games. Im currently in contact with curacao goverment and the uk government as they have no uk licence. I demand my money back. All of it for the stress from this site! No one will reply to me over this from curacao gaming! They are breaking the software agreement and i will not stop till my money is fully returned no matter what!

Hi Kerry - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's not going to be anything that we can do to help you in this instance.

You are correct that EvoBet do not hold a UK license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play. However this is a licensing/taxation issue, the UKGC hold direct responsibility for preventing unlicensed operator for accessing the UK market and this would not directly impact whether or not the gambling transaction you engaged was managed fairly. As such we would not make a ruling on this basis.

With regard to the NetEnt games, EvoBet do offer NetEnt games, they simply do not allow UK players to access them as their software agreement prohibits them doing so.

Finally with regard to the deposit limits, the Curacao license does not require their licensees to offer this provision.

All we can suggest is that you ensure that any operator you sign-up with in future holds a UKGC license before you play.

Sorry we could not be of further help!
