Player's Complaint

First, thank you for reviewing this. This is what has happened:

I have deposited some money to exclusivebet via Neteller. After some winning I was limited as many of the casionos does. My balance has varied much, and I have often cancelled them afterwords. I tried first to make a withdrawal and was asked to send in documentations, and got them approved. A picture of my drivers lisence and also a bill to confirm my home adress and I got an email on friday the 23rd of February where they confirmed my account had now been verified.

So on saturday 24th of frebruary i made 5 withdrawals on 8000 NOK each. (40.000) to Neteller, because they didn't approved a withdraw over 9600. I talked to exclusivebet on monday 26th and they confirmed that my withdrawal would be processed in two businessdays and most likely to be sent on wednesday (28th of february). I contacted them again today on the 27th to make sure that everything is okay and my accout is now closed.

I contacted them on their chat and they told me that my account had been closed because of suspicious action. I havn't done anything wrong, but they won't give me details. Case closed. I write to you in hope that you can help me. I will send a screenshot from the mail, telling me that my documents have been verified, as well as todays chat with them. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

I'll contact Exclusive Bet and see what we can find out for you, but I need to make you aware in advance that Exclusive Bet are part of a group that how negative status with this site and have been previously non-responsive to complaints posted with this service so the chances of success are low.

Hi LSlettebo,

I have managed to contact ExclusiveBet about your claim. Unfortunately their answer has been that they are not willing to discuss you case.

Unfortunately as Exclusive Bet are licensed by Curacao eGaming, a regulator that we have never seen support a player's complaint, your options now are very limited. I'd still recommend you submit a complaint to them on the off-chance you get a response.
