Player's Complaint

I have an account with fairgo casino I am from the uk and they let me join. I recently sent them all identification including British passport and then deposited four times. When I tried to deposit again it would not so I contacted support who told me she had closed the account as I was from the uk! She tried to say when I joined I was allowed but now I am not. Yet they had been sent all my identification as I said and let me deposit. I asked for my deposits to be refunded as I never had a chance as they would not of paid me any winnings yet they have refused this. I told them I would be reporting them to their licensing authority and have had no correspondence from them after emailing their support.

Hi chezangel82 - welcome to!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Fair Go Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. Had you won and the operator had refused to pay out, we would attempt to intervene. But we will not pursue a refund of losses on the presumption that the operator would not have paid winnings. That is not something we can verify.

Okay thank you but the point is I did not know this and they did and still let me deposit several times when they should not of before closing the account.

Hi chezangel82,

Unless you can demonstrate that the operator did not accept UK players at the time of your play, there is no case for us to pursue here.

The operator is free to change their policies at any time.
