Resolved - After a short delay in payment the submitting player has now confirmed that they have received the full expected payment from Fair Go Casino.

Have requested a withdrawal on the 22November and the casino hasn’t even started to process it, still sitting in the pending payout page. I have contacted them by message service and have been told I just have to wait, the casino is very busy with lots of people winning, waiting for security to check my account ....... the list of excuses are long, I have saved every chat on my iPhone if needed, please help

Before going further - this issue is not even 2 weeks old. You have chosen to play with an operator who are not legally allowed to accept players from your country. This means that they have to take additional steps to process large payments. It's far from unusual with this type of operator for their to be a delay of several months in payments.
We'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you, but you should be aware that this is likely to take some time to resolve.
