Hello, my name is [EDIT],  i have been looking for help regarding an amount that is owed to me by a casino called Fair go casino.

I am located in Australia, i have been with this casino for close to a year now and have soent tens of thousands playing at fair go casino.

The reason why i am writing to you is that i am shocked at the way this casino has conducted its self in regards to my withdrawal of winnings.

The amount in question is $14,023.03 which they have voided as they are stating this was a bonus given to me.

I am a large player who deposits large amounts at this casino. However i have never had the opportunity to have a small win. In this case when i did apply for a withdrawal it was declined.

I have taken this up with the Australian CCC and the regulatory ombudsman to take legal action against Fair go casino. I am also in the process of contaction television media stations and publicly listing this through social media dramatically.

I ask for your help in this matter to resolve my issue and have my winnings released promptly.

My solicitors are also looking into the matter and preparing court documents to have this unlawfull theft of my winnings returned.

Hi Sidney76,

I've discussed your issue with FairGo casino and unfortunately we cannot support your claim.

Having reviewed your account history, the last transaction into your account before the win was a No Deposit Bonus - I believe it was a cashback bonus based on previous losses. That being the case the following term applies:

"13. Please note that any no deposit credits including: Loyalty bonuses or inconvenience bonuses granted by our customer service, tournament prizes, manager compensation bonus, birthday bonus or any other type of no deposit bonus (unless otherwise specified) will have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus given e.g. $100 credit; max. cash out = $500 (No exceptions will be done if a Random Jackpot is hit)"

Given that you received a $60 bonus, the maximum you would be allowed to withdraw from this play is $300. My understanding is that you were left with a balance of $300 and that you've already played this away.

I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do to help you with this issue.
