Fairgo - casino seized all my winnings contradicting their terms and conditions

Hi,

Fairgo casino has recently seized all my winnings of about $15000 because they said that I have accidentally overbetted during the bonus playthrough.

1) The overbetting amount total couple of hundred dollars at most. In their terms and conditions....it says they have the right to "void my promotion winnings....not seize all my winnings!!....."

2) The promotion period is completed when my balance reached $1 and above. but they went ahead to seize all me winnings when I started to withdraw $7500 from it.

3) I tried calling but their customer service is not operational. I spoken to their live chat

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this case. If you have broken the maximum bet term then you have violated the bonus contract you have entered into. The operator are then within their rights to consider the contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions. All we can suggest is that you ensure you read and understand the terms and conditions associated with any bonus you accept in the future.

Hi ,

I am afraid you do not understand the fact that they cannot void the contract because of my overbetting but they can void my promotion winnings as stated in the contract. If they can void the contract then thats out of the terms and conditions in which contradicts the contract itself. That means that they wrote the contract but do not have to abide by it. Then might as well not to have it at all since they can do anything they want regardless of what it says. Isnt it there to ensure both parties of certain level of expectations?

What I am saying is that within their terms and conditions, they said that they would " take away a portion of related promotion winnings if I breached it but now they have taken away the non promotion winnings too!!They cant do that! Thats legally MY money and not theirs to do what they want. They could if they owned part of the money like during the bonus play through, but not when they have no ownership to it anymore! Its stated very clearly in their T&C clauses 5 & 6. You may have to look through that to understand what i meant. Please do and I can furnish you a copy should u not have access to it.

Hi KSEA,

You accepted a bonus and thereby agreed to abide by specific terms. You then violated that agreement. That being the case the contract is void and all transactions that took place during the contract.

As stated previously there is nothing further we can do to help you.
