Player's Complaint

Hi i played a bonus and won a mega jackpot, my total winnings was $12000. I have never heard of the max bet while playing a play through for a bonus, even when I have spoken to casino staff, they have failed to mention there is a max bet of $10 when playing a bonus through play through, and now I have forfeited my winnings, And I only get a payout of $2500, when i still had $6113.64 in my online account.. but now I have only the withdrawl of $2500, there is no where that actually stands out and clearly stipulates that there is a max bet other than going into the full terms and conditions. When all you want to do is play and it's so much reading to do, I don't see why I have to forfeit my $6113 winnings when all I was playing over was $2.25 over the $10 limit. I'm just wanting some help please help me

Hi xxcassxx - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this situation. Where you accept a bonus you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions associated with that bonus. If you have placed wagers that exceed the maximum allowed while playing with a bonus the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to starting positions.

Sorry we cannot be of more help.
