FairGo – non-payment

Found for the Player - FairGo casino are seizing funds derived from totally unrelated play because the player claimed a bonus code while their withdrawal was pending. This may be a violation of bonus terms, but it impacts the bonus code claimed, not the withdrawal that was derived from compliant play.

Player's Complaint

On July 2, 2019, I made a deposit with FairGo and I FAIRLY won $2500. I requested a withdrawal on the very same day. While my withdrawal was pending, I used $25 bonus that was sent to me by the casino. At no time did a “pop up window” or any other type of warning notify me that if I used the $25, FAIRGO would confiscate my winnings all of it = $2500. I played here a lot and I’ve deposit several hundreds, if not more, and I feel that I’ve been scammed. This casino uses this “trickery tactic” to avoid paying their players. I am a loyal player and I can say factually that this casino cheated me. It isn’t right or fair. The company named themselves “FairGo”? Perhaps they should attempt to live up to their name and be fair to their loyal players! They didn’t try to work with me at all! It’s completely unethical to send a player a bonus, for the sole purpose of tricking them into using it, so that they can say the player “broke the rules” and then they can void all winnings. I wish that I had read all of the other players complaints that are online. I’m not the first player to experience this at FairGo, and unfortunately I won’t be the last. I’d like to stress to other players to avoid this casino. I would’ve avoided them like the plague if I had read the warnings sooner.

Hi btownie,

I've concluded our discussion with FairGo. You are correct that FairGo casino are voiding your withdrawal because you claimed a bonus while the withdrawal was pending.

We've pointed out to the operator that having violated bonus terms for a new promotion has no impact on the pending withdrawal and as such it is entirely baseless and unethical to seize a payout that was no part of the violation, but they have refused to change their position.

Unfortunately there's nothing further we can do to help you. Sorry!
