Player's Complaint

This casino has withheld my funds for a month. They have now ceased contacting me and when they did it was generic and and unhelpful. A couple of weeks ago they noticed that I had updated my credit card. This was done about 6 mo nths ago but it was just an excuse to hold up the withdrawal. I complied and sent my credit card/banking information. I was advised this would take 1-5 business day and I would receive an email. On the 6th day I had no reply so messaged for an update. The next day I was advised that it had been accepted but no formal email was received. I was then advised that it would take 1-5 business days for withdrawal. I have received funds before by EFT before and it takes a day. Now it has been over 5 days and they will just not reply. I have a withdrawal that was requested nearly four weeks ago and none requested but not approved 3 weeks ago. The withdrawals are $1280 and $1140. This is causing me stress and anxiety during these hard times. I feel lost this casino is ripping me off and I have nowhere to turn to.

I have heard form the operator and they wanted to call me for security. I received this call and was given some reason for the call mainly money laundering and asking if I was a professional gambler which I find ridiculous and they did let slip that I have won more money than deposited so I think this is the real reason. I was advised it would be two weeks to review the call so after two weeks I contacted them and was advised another two weeks. I think they are just waiting for the time to expire that I can talk to my bank. This has got me so emotional that a customer has no rights when a casino decides they don't want to pay. The Curacao gaming authority don't even get back to you. Absolute disgrace that this can happen.
