Player's Complaint

VERY URGENT!!! WAITING 5+ MONTHS!!! This bookie constantly lies to me and gives me excuses as to why they haven’t paid me my withdrawal! (I’ve email correspondence as proof!) The website fairwaybet.net owes me 2560.00 EUR (This withdrawal was approved on their website on this date 01.Sept.2020) and in the last five months of me emailing them constantly and asking them where my withdrawal is etc I’ve hear a different excuse every time from them. They keep saying "They're updating their systems” or “It shouldn’t be too long now”. They never give a specific time when they’ll pay me – it’s always a vague, false response. I’ve literally nearly had a nervous breakdown from the constant anguish, lies and disappointment I’ve received from this site.

To resolve this Fairwaybet.net must pay me 2560 EUR to my Paypal account: [EDIT]

I WILL NOT ACCEPT BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT FROM FAIRWAYBET.NET because Fairwaybet.net have stuffed it up in the past and made me wait even longer! Paypal payment is much more efficient and less troublesome.

Fairwaybets have informed us that they have closed their business and no further payments will be made until they reopen.

This is obviously totally unacceptable, but I'm afraid there is nothing that we can do to force the operator's hand.

Thanks for your efforts in helping me.

I just wanna say...why should we believe anything these scumbags (Fairwaybet) say?! These scumbags have been stalling/lying to me for 8+ months and not once did they mention this! I just checked their website and it's fully-operational and shock-horror it looks like they're accepting deposits! But not withdrawals! I did some detective work on the internet and these scumbags have scammed other people for similar amounts. The reason these people haven't complained about them is because their business is a little abstract - meaning people ripped off by them don't know where/how to lay complaints against them etc. Every single employee at Fairwaybet is IN ON IT! Last November the Fairwaybet manager said my withdrawal would be processed 1 week later etc.... obviously nothing eventuated! They need to be brought to justice because they're a company of criminals!
