November 2021 I deposited €31 in my account and started betting in sports. After a while I was with €135, then, suddenly, when I tried to login, received the following message ''Your account has been restricted'' (I have the print if necessary). Tried numerous times chatting with support and they always kept saying the same ''I'll check for you and send you an email with the details as soon as possible''.
It's been almost 2 months since the first time the support told me that and I still didn't receive any email, so today I contacted the support again and explained the issue and told them that if the problem will not be solved, I'd create a claim, yet they didn't seem to care.
That said, all I want is at least they money that I have there (135€).

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, IBAS.
Sorry we could not be of further help.
