Hi,

I registered at this casino in June 2021, and claimed their first and second welcome bonus.

For my second welcome bonus I managed to finish wagering my bonus at ended up with a balance of 2355$ ( includes my deposit of 200$).

I received this by email a week ago.

We are emailing you today on behalf of the payments team here at FansBet. We must inform you that a total of $2355 has been deducted from your account. However, the initial deposit of 200 CAD has been left in the accounts balance.

The reason for this was a breach of our terms and conditions.

Switching from a high volatility game to a low volatility with bonus funds immediately after a win to complete the roll-over requirements is not allowed.

48. Before any Withdrawal is processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. Irregular game play include, but is not limited to, increasing your bonus balance then changing your gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure or other pattern of betting) to complete roll-over requirements. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets (on table games, likelihood of return on wager is greater than 95%) or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for the purpose of meeting any roll-over requirements. Should FansBet deem, at its sole discretion, that irregular game play has occurred, it reserves the right to withhold any Withdrawals and/or confiscate any associated winnings.

I did not break any rules according to rule 48. It does not mention that you cannot switch games, It also does not state anything about game volatility in rule 48.

I played two SLOT games, never went above the max bet of 5$.

My bets were 5$, and 4$.

I also did NOT play any games that are in their restricted bonus games list.

Can Fansbet casino please show Thepogg team where exactly it demonstrates this exact sentence " Switching from a high volatility game to a low volatility with bonus funds immediately after a win to complete the roll-over requirements is not allowed. " --- in the rule 48 ?

I do not see it. I also do not see this term in their terms and conditions or bonus terms and conditions.

Thepogg I ask that you look over this and help me with this accusation because I know I played fairly and according to all terms and conditions.

The term you quote includes the following restriction:

Hi The pogg,

I had a win of 2000 $ of the slot game rise of merlin, bet size 5 $.

After this I went to another SLOT game, betting 4 $, this game I believe was called genies touch.

I had switch to a table game, this rule applies, but this is from slot to slot game.

My drop in bet size was also 20 %.

What I also trying to contest is where is the rule switching from high volatility to low volatility written on their site ? (Except you just mentioned - increasing your bonus balance then changing your gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure or other pattern of betting)")

How exactly is slot to slot transfer mean " changing your gaming pattern "Significantly". ?

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
