Player's Complaint
Hello
I have made a withdrawal to my neteller account for 4500 euros the 22nd of march 2016 at Fashion TV Casino. Today its still pending. I have sent them the documents they asked for and those were approved the 15th of march 2016. I have sent them several emails but dont get any replies. I have been on the chat many times and they assure me that everything is in order and that I will get my money as soon as possible. In the same time they tell me that they don't have any information about why the withdrawal is taking so long....
I haven't been playing with any bonuses or freespins.
Like another player that I have read about on this page I also have contacted curacao gaming. They told me that it should be resolved a couple of weeks ago but nothing happened. The latest info from curacao gaming is that they would have a meeting with the managing director of fashion tv casino this week but still no new information.
The only explanation I have got is from the chat, they have told me that the finance department did some security controls and after that they told me that they had technical difficulties. This was about a month ago and now they don't even come with excuses.
Like I wrote before I have sent them several emails addressed to the finance department but they refuse to answer me.
I really hope you can help me with this situation. I cant find any reason to why they haven't paid me my money.

Hi MikeNe - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Before we can do anything to help you I need you to provide me with your username and email address at FashionTV casino.
Once I have those I'll contact the operator/regulator.
Thanks,
