I opened an account with fastpay casino in April 2020, playing and depositing at the casino weekly.
On August 19th I made a withdrawal request and my account was shut immediately. I wasn’t even asked for any details to verify myself and my account it was simply blocked and I’ve been unable to log into my account since.
The deposit I made with what winnings I made and wanted to withdraw I didn’t receive any bonus on my $25 deposit.
They have accused me of having a duplicate account, so I therefor I sent them all relative information and ID verification of who I am and my address , and banking details I had deposited with!

At my home where only I over the age of 18 live in my home.
I’ve only ever deposited with my bank card
Only ever opened 1 account and only ever played that account.
The casino would know I’ve played at the same IP the same device, since and when I opened my account in April 2020.
Later down the track I soon found out that at some point my laptop was taken and used without my consent or knowledge intact sometime in the weeks prior to me winning and they had intact logged into the fastpay account with my laptop.
I got in touch with this person with the person that took and used my laptop , and they informed me that they still have there account open and active . So then I got onto the casino to understand why only my account has been blocked considering I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong, and they have told me that since my account was opened second I am deemed to have the duplicate account. This other person who actually has violated the casinos terms and conditions and taken my laptop without my consent and whilst I was sleeping not even aware that it had been taken.
I’ve adhered to the casinos terms and conditions throughout playing there casino , I’ve asked for all login history and deposit history , the casino have refused to supply that and most times the casino disconnect me when trying to chat I’ve asked for a number I can call several times and they have told me there isn’t any and the decision is final. I’m hoping you can help me resolve this and have my account reopened with my $10,000 returned to me. I’m absolutely devastated and upset I’d been loyal playing player at their casino and how they could just take my money it’s absolutely wrong!
