Player's Complaint

Good afternoon.

12/26 was visiting a friend, he advised me to play at fastpay casino (a friend already has a verified account, only Real Money plays). I decided to create my profile, deposited 980 UAH, raised 4000 UAH. I was asked to send all the documents, passport, card, face with a card, I sent them everything, immediately after that they closed my account. I turned to the chat, where they told me that I have a duplicate and my account is closed. I explained to them that we are 2 different people, everyone has their own documents, we play without bonuses, we are not a hunter bonus, we play only on our own. Having received the answer that they do not care ... help solve this problem, thanks in advance.

In that case you have broken the following term:

That being the case there is nothing we can do to assist you.
