Player's Complaint

I played on Finlandia casino. made two deposits with bonus and lost. The third time I actually won and asked for a withdrawal. They asked for the usual verification documents, but every time I sent them all the documents it seemed like I am getting a response from a bot. Basically I kept getting the same answer that I have to send my documents.

Then I went abroad and totally forgot about it. When I came back to Sweden and tried to log in, I noticed they have blocked my account. Since then I tried to contact them through email but received no answer.

I have screenshots of my email communications with them.

Please help me resolve this issue.

I want Finlandia Casino to pay 11328 SEK that I had on my account when they closed my account.

Hi mahad36,

I've spoken to Finlandia casino about this issue. They inform us that you have yet to submit the required documentation to verify your account.

You need to provide them with the following:

- A valid passport or driving license.

- Proof of address no older than 3 months showing your name, current address and date of issue.

- Photos of the front and back of your card ending 1611.

Once you've provided the operator with these let us know and we'll follow-up with them.

Hello and thank you for your support

On 10th October I received an email from them asking for the verification documents and saying that they have never received any documents coz the total email size could have been more than 10MB.

So I compressed the documents and sent to them (6.8MB)

No answer whatsoever.

Today I tried sending verification documents in 3 different smaller emails. One containing both sides of my driving license. One containing both sides of my credit card. One containing a recent signed and stamped copy of population register from Swedish Tax Agency.

I dont really understand why they are pretending that they never get these documents!

Hello

They seemed to have finally accepted my verification documents and my account is verified now. But now they are saying, since it has been a long time since my last deposit, I have to deposit again and play for my deposit before being able to withdraw my previous winnings.

I don't understand how they come up with these outrageous demands.

Of course I am not going to deposit to a website that closed my account, ignored my emails and only got back to me after ThePogg got involved!!! What do they think I am???

I am waiting for their answer now.
