Player's Complaint



Since 15/03/2021 I have had 11 withdrawal request denied despite being fully verified on Fortune Clock Casino. Each time I have tried to withdraw using the method the live chat have advised me to and each time it has been rejected due to "technical issues". Yesterday, 27/03/2021 I received an email from them asking me to re confirm my identity despite their live chat telling me that I am still fully verified. I really don't think I will ever receive a payout but I would appreciate your help. Kind regards

Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As a Swedish citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a SGA license. Fortune Clock do not hold a SGA license and as such are breaking Swedish law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
