They took my ID on Saturday 7th November this was after 3 days of sending things back and fourth, every time I sent something it wasn’t good enough or they would find a reason for it not being quite good enough when I know from experience it’s perfect,
That was Saturday it’s now Wednesday and I still have no work on my £500 winnings.
I’ve also closed my account because of the way they treated me and the games kept crashing.
Every time I email they just tell me to wait.
I don’t feel I will ever see these winnings, I just want the money and then get away from them they are awful and I feel fraudulent as they are doing everything they can to withhold legitimate winnings.
