This happened just over 1 year ago but incredibly, I have been chasing them for all this much time. On May 15th last year I funded my Fortune Jackpots account with £1000. When I had finished my gaming my balance was £5400. My withdrawal was stopped until I had supplied all sorts of awkward paperwork. Then my account was disabled. Now, they do not speak at all.
