Fortune Legends - stalling withdrawals

Ruling

Player's Complaint

I have played at the casino and made deposits totalling 5 figures in a period of about 1 year. Cashouts have been a lot smaller than this.

I sent documents about a year ago and they were approved and I made withdrawals.

I have since then sent them new utility/bank statements and updated the old.

A month or two ago I started playing there again and made small withdrawals of a few hundred each. They never processed these. It took them a month to send me an email that they canceled my withdrawals without any explanation. I sent new documents.

Now they have locked my account and say they need more documents from me. I sent fresh bank statements and they were not accepted.

Now they ask for these overkill document requests. Given it's Xmas they will stall the withdrawals atleast a couple of weeks this way if not more:

Mobilt ltd is obliged to carry out security checks on its customers to guarantee the right level of security for both parties involved.

We must ask that you provide official documentation to cover the deposit you have on record.

All documentation must be the latest copies that cover the period of account deposits.

If you have more than one source of income, kindly let us know so we may guide you further.

• Original or certified copy of a pay slip (or bonus payment)

• Letter from employer confirming salary

• Latest audited accounts (if self-employed) and company bank statement

2. Sales of shares or other investments / liquidation of investment portfolio

• Certified investment/savings certificates, contract notes or cash-in statements

• Bank statement clearly showing receipt of funds and investment company name

• Signed letter detailing funds from a regulated accountant

3. Sale of property

• Signed letter from solicitor

• Certified copy sale contract

• Signed letter from estate agent

4. Inheritance

• Grant of probate (with a copy of the will), which must include the value of the state

• Signed letter from solicitor

5. Company sale

• Signed letter from solicitor or regulated accountant

• Copy of contract of sale, plus bank statement showing proceeds

• Copies of media coverage (if applicable) as supporting evidence

6. Company profit

• Certified copy of latest audited company accounts

We appreciate your collaboration.

Hi cyprean - welcome back!

All we can recommend you do in this instance is to comply with the request.

All MGA licensed operators are required to conduct source of wealth checks if there is any reason to suspect that the person using the account may not be the person named on the account or may not be the legal owner of the funds that have been put into play. Sadly, you are resident in a jurisdiction that has seen a high level of fraudulent activity over the course of 2020.

Once you have provided the necessary documents to establish the source of wealth let us know and we'll follow-up with the operator on your behalf.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
