Player's Complaint

Dear ThePogg,

A few weeks ago I saw someone livestreaming Live Blackjack. And I saw him winning some money so I wanted to try it as well. I created an account on Frank Casino with my details. After I lost my first deposit I kept depositing because I thought I could win. After a few hours my bank called me because they saw outgoing transactions to a casino while Iam still 17. They said this is not legal and casino has to return the deposits. After they told me that I went to the Live chat because I deposited my whole bank account... (A total of 550 euro...) they asked me to send ID, so I did and after one day I came back to the Live chat and asked for the status. They told me they could not give me any refund of the deposits because I used false details. I registered as an 18 year old instead of my own Date of Birth ([EDIT]). I have spoken to our Local gambling Authority as well (The KSA) and they said as well that my deposits has to be returned because they are taking money from minors now. Since a few weeks I cant even pay my phone bill anymore because everything went to the casino at underage. I hope this can be reconsidered.

Dear ThePogg, Same situation happened at both casinos. In total I deposited my whole bank account while Iam still 17 and they dont want to refund which is illegal.

As we are not the ADR for Frank Casino and due to various factors we are not at liberty to discuss we're going to decline this complaint.

If you are looking to pursue this issue further we would recommend you take your complaint to Frank Casino's ADR MADRE.

Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.
