Player's Complaint

When creating the account it states in the ts and cs that after the first deposit the account needs to be verified. After further conversations i was told that someone tried to call me, which theu didnt and also an email was sent to me, which mever turned up. After numerous emails back and forth they are now ignoring me. If the verification was done then limits would have been put on for deposits but none of this happened.

You've chosen to play with an unlicensed operator. Even if they had verified your account there is no obligation on their part to apply any sort of restrictions at point of verification. It would have required you to request any restrictions that you wished to be put in place.

There's nothing for us to contest here. This is an unlicensed operator. There are not responsible gambling standards to hold this operator to. Even amongst well licensed operators it would be an unusual situation where the operator imposed restrictions on a player. These generally need to be requested by the player.
