Fruity Casa - Confiscated Winnings

Ruling

Resolved - Despite this player having breached the maximum allowed bet with a bonus rule, Fruity Casa have made a partial payment of their win.

Player's Complaint

On the 22/08/2018, i signed up to Fruitycasa and accepted the first deposit offer of 150% up to £250 and deposited £70.

I followed the terms and conditions and played on an eligible slot and a spin size under maximum allowed. During wagering, the spin size was automatically increased to £6 which is above the maximum. As soon as i noticed after 7 spins, I changed it back down to £4.80. I'm sure i did not increase the spin size, and it is also not max bet for the slot and i would have had to increase the bet 3 times to get to £6 spins. I also only won £6 from one of these spins.

Because of this, i have been found to be in breach of clause 13 and my winnings of £1341.72 have been confiscated and my deposit is to be returned to me.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Hi 170902 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately in the situation you describe the operator are within their rights to void all play with the bonus as the bonus terms have been violated. I'm certainly happy to speak to the operator, but you need to understand from the outset of this conversation that any positive outcome would be purely at the discretion of the operator in setting aside their terms.

Thanks,

Hi 170902,

I've spoken with Fruity Casa about this issue. While they are not prepared to reverse their position on this one they inform me that they have decided to offer you a good will gesture of £300 which they tell me you've accepted. Can you confirm this?

Thanks,

ThePOGG
