Fruitycasa - Live Monopoly
Ruling
Found for the Casino - While we understand this player's frustration with an extended losing streak, they have insufficient evidence to establish that the dealer was cheating.

Player's Complaint
I lost around £2500 on Monopoly Live.
I feel I never had a fair chance (excluding house edge of course) due to the host spinning the wheel. She was doing it systematically which never allowed a 4 roll to land.
I submitted a SAR specifically asking for video footage of my entire monopoly live session which lasted a couple of hours.
After waiting the full 30 days, they finally "responded". All they gave me was a 59 second video clip which showed just one spin (therefore not allowing me to prove my point that it was done systematically rather than "randomly")
Also they sent me an "account notes" document which detailed some very questionable entries which I have asked for them to explain (again no response)
I gave them an offer of £1500 as full and final settlement of this entire mess but have had no response.
They are just refusing to deal with this.
I suffer from mental health issues and they are just making it worse by playing stupid and stalling the entire process.
Please help me
Kind Regards

Hi moeink - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance.
While I appreciate that you may have lost more than you are comfortable with, and on this basis would encourage you to seriously consider whether gambling may be impacting your life in a negative fashion, it is highly unlikely that the dealer at a Live Monopoly game - which is being used across scores of casinos and hundreds of player at the same time - can impact the spin in such a way as to prevent a single segment slice of the wheel coming up.
Unless you had concrete proof of some form of deception that could achieve this there is no case to make here.
I would also make you aware that a SAR request requires the operator to provide you with the personal information they have on record for you. It does not extend beyond this and wouldn't require them to provide potentially lengthy videos of any playing session you may have engaged in.
All I can recommend is that if you do not trust this casino or this game that you do not return to them in future.
Sorry we cannot be of further help.
