Player's Complaint
I made a deposit of £100 using our PayPal account. I then won a hand of blackjack winning about £60. But then they froze my account and a message to contact customer support. I have tried to email them several times and at first they asked for account details but since the first 2 replies I have heard nothing. They have taken our money and provided no way of getting it back

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
Before we can do anything else to assist you, you need to provide the email address that you used to register at Full Tilt.
I also need you to clarify why you refer to "our money"?
