Player's Complaint

Hy, I am having problems with gamebet not paying out my withdrawals. I have contacted MGA about this almost 3 months ago and they have done absolutly nothing about this. I have send and received more than 30 emails with them, given them a the screenshots and documents of what is happening but have not heard from them for over a month. Gamebet is still using their licence, their site is working and players can deposit money and play, while they are not processing any withdraws. I have a pending skrill withdraw for 2 months now, they simply do not answer or reply to any emails and MGA does nothing about this. Can you please help in any way by contacting MGA and see what is happening here because 4745€ is a lot of money and they can simply not be allowed to act like this . Thank you very much.

Hi kubasar,

We've already looked into this issue for you and as you were informed GameBet were non-cooperative. There is no reason for us to invest further time in this issue as the outcome is not likely to change.

As to your issue with the MGA - there is nothing we can do to assist you here. Firstly, we don't manage complaints against regulators. Secondly, the regulator could not legally discuss this issue with this service as the operator in question, who would need to give their permission for the regulator to share anything with us, will not cooperate with this service and as such have no reason to approve the regulator doing so on their behalf.

okey so what can I do about this. MGA does nothing for 3 months while gamebet holds almost 5000€ of my money. Neither of them reply to any emails, why does MGA even exist then if they do nothing to help players that are in need ?

Hi kubasar,

The MGA is the highest authority with regard to these issue. Short of legal action we could not suggest any other action.

As far as the MGA "do[ing] nothing to help players", we have been directly involved in many cases that the MGA have managed where the operators in question have been happy for the regulator to speak to us. Contrary to your statement we've found the MGA to be very good at assisting players. The delay in offering a response to your case could happen for an number of entirely legitimate reasons.
