Player's Complaint

I have a verified account with them for a few weeks, I made previous withdraws normally, then I requested a skrill withdraw for 1500€ 18 days ago. That withdraw was cancelled by them after 15 days with no explanation. I then found out that my account was not verified, even when I already made a withdraw and have send my documents to them 3 times and uploaded them on the site. I then uploaded the documents again and requested a skrill withdraw for 4745€. That was 3 days ago and still nothing has happened, they do not answer any of my emails on either of their email addresses and have still not even checked the documents I have uploaded 3 weeks ago or the ones I uploaded 3 days ago.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Gamebet to discuss this issue we have receive no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of a change in approach from Gamebet.

All I can recommend you do at this stage is contact the Malta Gaming Authority.
