Gday – casino State irregular game play and forfeit winnings

Ruling

Player's Complaint

I used a bonus offer of 200% and 100 complimentary spins if I deposited £20.

On playing I had quite a bit of luck and got up to approximately £1500 and keep checking to see if I had wagered enough to meet the requirements so I could withdraw what I had left. I got there with approx £950 left processed a withdrawal for £800 and played the rest of the funds until they were gone.

They emailed me stating that I had breached clause 6 and they had deemed my play irregular play as I had played a bet of more than £5 before the welcome bonus had been released. My winnings were now forfeited and withdrawn and my deposit put back in to withdraw.

I have asked why if betting more than £5 would have forfeited my winnings did they allow me to do so with no warning?

I read over the terms and conditions and don't recall seeing this stated when they text me this bonus welcome offer 3 times.

Never before have I experienced a maximum bet limit only a wagering requirement .

My username with them is [EDIT] or [EDIT]

My email is [EDIT]

I made my first deposit with them on 2/7/2016 of £20 to receive this bonus.

Thank you

Hi nicnic99 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you in the case. While I can't specifically tell you when the £5 betting limit for the welcome bonus was added I can say without question that it's been in place for at least several months (we monitor the terms at this particular group of casinos) - i.e. it was unquestionably in place at the time that you played.

Maximum wager limits are common place at online casinos and if you've exceeded a bet of £5 while playing with this bonus I'm sorry to say that you have broken terms and conditions, in which case the operator are within their rights to void your winnings.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
