Ruling

Resolved - G'Day casino removed a bonus for this player despite a technical breach of terms, allowing the player to keep the winnings.

Player's Complaint

Hi I recently joined G'Day casino I lost a bit at first then I won $2400. I tried to withdraw my money but they said I would have to put in another $500 making a total of $3100 and bet it thru there slots machine and they would give me the balance what was left if any. I told them from the start I only wanted to only play blackjack, they say because I took a bonus and broke rules.

That's it.

Hi tillandsia,

I've spoken to G'Day casino and they've explained the situation to me.

When you deposited you chose to take a bonus. When you take a bonus you have to complete a wagering requirement.

At G'Day casino, bonus wagering requirements can ONLY be completed by playing slots games. You've wagered a small amount on slots but not enough to complete the wagering requirement.

There was no requirement to deposit any more money, the support agent was trying to explain that to complete the requirements for the bonus you chose, you just had to wager more on slots.

To fix this issue, G'Day casino have chosen to remove the bonus from your account, leaving just your deposit and winnings. So you are now free to withdraw whenever you like.

In future the casino won't give you bonuses so that you can withdraw whenever suits you.

If you could let me know when you've received your funds I'd appreciate it.

All the best for the New Year,

Hi tillandsia,

In response to your emails, I think you need to be a little bit more patient. The operator has said that they'll pay - they're actually doing me a favour by cancelling your bonus AFTER you started the wagering requirements, most casinos can't/won't do that - so I'm 100% confident that you will received your funds, it may just take a few days while the details are sorted through at the other end.

Thanks,
