Player's Complaint

I posted on the Casinomeister forum about this and was advised to come over here. I requested a withdrawal of £198.59 from Gday on Friday 1st March, it says on their website they process after 2 business days, so I emailed them yesterday said thanks for the win (it came from 15 freespins) and asked them to chase and ask how much longer.

I got a reply later that day the main bit is below

Your withdrawal is currently with the relevant team being reviewed. Kindly keep a close eye on your emails for further feedback. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you in anyway. Your patience is greatly appreciated in this regard. I emailed again yesterday to chase asking them why they are sitting on the withdrawal, they replied saying 'Thank you for the email. We trust that you are well.

With regards to your last email. Your account is still with the relevant department for review.

As soon as there is any feedback you will be the first to know please keep an eye on your emails.' I am pretty surpised at how long its taking given that they say they take 2 business days to process. Can you help

Yes I sent them all id in 2017 and it was accepted, also I just logged in today and the withdrawal was back in my account in cash. I went on chat and after checking with that team she said 'Thank you for holding, the account was under review and the withdrawal timed-out. I so apologise for this, kindly request the withdrawal.' when i asked if it would be approved this time she replied 'The withdrawal will be reviewed and you will be emailed should we require anything.'

I recieved an email today saying 'This email is being sent as confirmation that your withdrawal has been processed and payment will be made to your account as per our payment policy.' so looks like they have actioned the withdrawal. Will update once its in my bank.
