Trying to withdraw money with no bonus funds or anything. Had one email to say that the payment can’t be made because my bank are rejecting it, my bank have said no such thing, I have had no reply from any emails or nothing on live chat for the last day and just want my winnings but really don’t think I will get them

Can you confirm the URL of the casino you are complaining about?

When did you submit this withdrawal?

Your bank won't necessarily know if they've rejected the payment as there's a very good chance that the payment will have been sent via a 3rd party payment processor, so will not appear to come directly from the casino.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
