I have created my account 5 days ago and deposited approximately $4000CAD in total and submitted my documents for complete verification. On the same day, I attempted to withdraw $4200CAD using the method of Interac E-transfer. One day after, they cancelled my withdrawal and told me to submit additional verification (take a selfie) to be able to withdraw, which I did immediately. I cleared the verification almost instantly and requested the same withdrawal again. Now, 5 days after the second request for withdrawal, the withdrawal is still pending on their website and instead they gave me a bonus of $434 to encourage me to play. On their website, they explicitly stated that they process all of their withdrawals almost instantly, but here, it is clearly not the case. I genuinely believe that they do not plan to pay out.
