Gioo Casino - Refusal to pay out my balance

Ruling

Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

I've tried to withdraw my total balance of € 116.04 from my Gioo account. My withdrawal requests keep being rejected because I haven't met the wagering requirements, they say.

However, my profile shows a withdrawable balance of the before-mentioned amount and zero for my balance being locked by a bonus.

I've had a lengthy discussion with Gioo's support team but they keep insisting that they will not pay me.

Truth being said, something went wrong in their system but that is not my problem, I think.
