Player's Complaint
Hello. I have verification problems at the GlobalLive Casino. I 'm really worried about the situation and I want to get my winning.
On 27 February, I ordered a withdrawal of EUR 458. Support was very slow to respond. On March 7, I received a request ID documents for verification. I had to attach them by special reference. On March 10 I downloaded the documents and received a letter that my documents had been successfully uploaded. Then I wrote at the casino several times, but the support service ignored me. On March 20, I received a letter that the files I attached were blank. I uploaded my documents again. I checked the files before downloading. They 're not empty. The files are my real documents.
On March 27, I received a letter again that my files were empty.
I assumed it was a casino mistake. I uploaded my documents for the third time and also sent them to the casino email address. It was March 31.
After that, I didn 't get any answers from the casino. I don 't know imy documents are checked or not and I can get my conclusion or not. I ask you to look into the situation and help me. I thank in advance.
