Player's Complaint
It has been over 5 weeks and I am still waiting for my withdrawal of 305.00 to be sent. Communication with the casino is the same…”they will inform the finance team of the urgency” but nothing changes. My othet two withdrawals were processed together…it took exactly one month since I requested the payouts and they were finally sent after much complaining…but this single withdrawal is only for 305.00. They say that subsequent withdrawals are processed faster…doesn’t look like it. All paperwork has been previously identified and confirmed.

This is your second complaint about this issue with this operator in 3 months. If you return to playing with an operator where you have experienced payment problems before, you should anticipate further payment problems. We also were unable to get a response from the operator to your last complaint. The likelihood of getting a response this time round is equally slim.
