Golden Lady - Withdrawals not being processed


Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Golden Lady Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint

I have two withdrawals that the casino is not paying out. All rollover requirements are net, documentation verified and correct, yet they give the same excuse that they are having problems with their “wallet” provider and are integrating to a new provider. It is the same answer each time. Chatting with reps gets the same answer. They promised that my first withdrawal would be paid by the end of the week of December 18th…and they say it is still delayed. Same reason…wallet provider issues yet the promise it will be paid soon. As there is no phone number you cannot call. I am frustrated is an understatement.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
