Player's Complaint
I withdrew 550 on 30.4.2020 .they asked for ID .then told me even though I deposited through debit card I couldn't cash out this way. Told Me to open bit coin and my withdrawal would be processed by end last week.. It's been a month now from start of withdrawal. It's still pending.. And now they are not replying by email . Live chat have ignored me several times. And there contact number is not working

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Golden Lady do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
