Hi,

I was using Golden Palace from quite long period and I lost there big amount. Yesterday my luck turned and I won some nice money and I have a lot of opened tickets as well. I can’t login to the website now either from my laptop or from my phone. First it shows my money, later if I continue to sports betting, it logs me out. I wrote them several emails but they didn’t replied me.

Actually I have 7600EUR in the account, gave withdrawal for 5000EUR and I have opened bets and if all them would win, I would have something like 29.000EUR there.

I will be happy if you can assist me in that case.

Hi eemurla,

We've heard back from GoldenPalace.be and they've confirmed that they've processed your first payment (€17k) and that should be with you before the end of this week. Your second withdrawal (€6970) will be processed tomorrow and so is likely to arrive next week.

I don't think you're going to have any problems here, but I would appreciate it if you could confirm as/when your funds are received. We'll hold this complaint open until we can confirm you've received your full balance.

Yes.
I confirm i received my funds and still use the bookmaker.
Btw.have other problem with zebet.
Filled a complaint for other casino but still i didnt get respond from you.
