Firstly, we haven't taken any money from your account. Unless your statement lists "ThePOGG.com Ltd" the payment wasn't processed to us.

Secondly, if you mean that Grand Fortune have taken unauthorised payments, you need to speak to the operator, your bank and perhaps your local police. That is an issue beyond our remit.
