Grand Fortune - Withdrawal pending for now 2 months
Resolved - Grand Fortune have informed us that this payment has been sent to the player. The player has become non-responsive so we assume they've received their funds.

I have filled in a withdrawal request of 130$ US on December 19th, 2016. I still have not received my money.
For weeks, I have been told there were a big number of withdrawal requests. Then I was told there was a problem with the banking department. Not until last week I had to call to be told I was missing a verification document.
I sent this verification document on February 7th by e-mail. Never had a response from that e-mail and to the 2 other e-mails I sent in.
Talked to someone on live chat today that told me banking was busy and to be patient. The agent closed the chat on me.
I do not know what to do anymore.
