Grand Reef - not paying for over 1 year

Found for the Player - This has been the longest running complaint this site has processed to date and I personally have invested a lot of time in this issue, giving Grand Reef casino plentiful benefit of the doubt.
It is now my belief that Grand Reef casino are being intentionally obstructive, both stalling the sending of due payments and sending shorted payments. This dishonest behaviour had resulted in the closing of this complaint and the subsequent Blacklisting of all casinos being run by this group.

Hi there! I just saw your twit from last week https://twitter.com/thepoggdotcom/status/444434397295833089
and was excited to here somebody actually was able to get his money from grand reef.
I have a very similar story ongoing with them with the two withdrawals totalling 6852.65 pending from March 20, 2013. Just like that other player, I was able to cashout from them before, since I am a big bettor that was for a substantial amount.
But then with the last two withdrawals they just turned a crank or something broke down I do not know, but I contacted them by chat on many occasions (I have chats saved) and it seemed like the chat support was just giving some generic answer like "At the moment since the last consultant you have spoken to, you query and withdrawal issue has been escalated. at this point finance are investigating the root cause of this delay and will rectify it as soon as possible " or "I know that there has been a delay, but our team has to make sure that all i`s are dotted and t`s crossed ".
So it's been more then a year and I almost lost my hope, and now I saw your twit and may be we can work it out.
Also African Palace casino owes me $805.3 from May 24, 2013. If I'm not mistaken it belongs to the same owners. Should I file it as a separate complaint?

Hi ok57 - welcome to ThePOGG.
I'll get in contact with Grand Reef/African Palace and see what I can find out. Please bare in mind that this process is likely to take a while as it's very possible I'll have to contact their regulator.
