Something happened to me the other day I deposited 750 pounds in this casino well here I go whilst I was playing the casino the slot was broken for 3 days then when I was playing star fruit the turbo price was going to go into my account and boom all of a sudden the slot started tripping I know wht i saw the price was going to go into my balance me and my partner jumped of happiness and they keep putting me as a lier.i know wht I saw I even asked my lawyer and he's told me that the least they can do is give me my money back 750 pounds as the slots were broken for 3 days or give me my price the turbo price I have screenshot of proof that the slots were broken for 3 days I'm not crazy i know wht I saw and that price is mine.ive shown everything to my lawyer and he's told me that they can give me my money back or my price the turbo price I'm writing to u cause everytime I write to them they tell me that I have to wait 2 to 3 day I'm waiting for one week today.and I need help please inhabe proof of slots being broken that's why I'm calm my contact number [EDIT] don't get me wrong I love this casino but its not fair whts happened to me.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you with this matter.

In the first instance you have chosen to play with an unlicensed operator. This makes it challenging to pursue even strong claims.

Secondly, the inavailability of the game you wanted to play may have been grounds for you to request a withdrawal of your funds, it is not grounds to request a refund of losses when you have gone on to wager those funds on other games.

Finally, with regard to the claim that the game malfunctioned, you would need actual evidence of this rather than simply an assertion based on your memory to have any hope of recovering funds in this circumstance. The operator may be taking this matter up with the software provider, if so this is likely to take a while to address, but beyond that there's no leverage for us to support your claim without evidence.

I have screenshot off the game been broken down I've even asked my lawyer and his told me there's enough evidence.and his seen everything I know something can get done or else my lawyer wouldn't tell me thanks.but I know there's something can get done.
