Hello, I have a problem with aspire global casino (casiplay and griffon), please help me to solve this problem. My problem is that my bank details was used not by me, by a 15 years old teenager (my goddaugter). So I know that at casinos could not play teenenagers, so how could happened it?? There is no verification to ask persons ID, so everyone can play doesn’t matter the age? Just somwhere put a tick that you 18 years old and that’s it? Ir is ridicilous situation happened to me and I lost a lot iof my savings. There is no protection and as I see from my situation that everybody could play and nobody take the actions to stop it. I think it is illegal action to let kids play, because my situation is all about that. There could be a lot if victims, not only me. Please let stop it for future and also please help me to solve this problem and get back my money. I can’t understand how this happened. I will be glad to get back my money which was used not by me. Please help me, I can’t attach mo details if you contact me via email. Please help me, I am in hopless situation I am looking forward to hear from you

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. There are systems in place to protect underage users from gambling harms. Where the funds lost belonged to the under age player there would be a requirement to refund them in a situation of this nature. However, these systems do not extend to protecting an adult from financial harm where they have failed to keep their payment information secure and their identity has been stolen by an underager. The responsibility for protecting your payment information lies with you. Where you wanted to assert that someone had used your payment information without permission, this would be a criminal matter that you would have to deal with via your payment provider and local law enforcement authorities.
