Player's Complaint

I sent all requested identification and made previous withdrawals with no issues. However due to depositing with a different bank card and subsequently the bank to which the cars belonged closed. They won't release my funds until I've sent identification which I don't have I have contacted the casino numerously but they are very unhelpful and refusing to release My winning. I would like my winnings and to then close the account

A photo of the bank card and a letter to prove the card us no longer in use. Something with my signature on as I no longer have a valid passport

The card I used was my partners bank account and her card she submitted a letter which we both signed to authorise the transactions and I sent identification for myself and partner. My partner lost this bank account card to which they sent a replacement card however she shortly afterwards changed accounts and the cards were cut up therefore we have no proof to send photographic evidence of the bank cards.
