Player's Complaint

 

This casino is not willing to approve my account. It has approved my account before. The last couple of times, I used a different bank to deposit relatively small amounts. I am depositing with Revolut and my BUNQ bank. Both accounts clearly in my name.

Yesterday I won a relatively large amount and requested to withdraw. Since that moment, the customer service keeps asking for more documents. In the meantime, I uploaded 30+ papers. All together, they give a detailed picture and absolutely proof I am the owner of the accounts. Still, they keep requesting additional info. Info that doesn't even exist or is required.

I also told the Gslot customer team I would like to temporarily close the account after the withdrawal because I gamble too much and have gamble debts. Instead of helping me and confirming, they keep my account open and the funds available. The casino is not willing to help me. It only wants me to lose.

I have made a call back request from a manager. There is no response to that either. They are simply sending short emails and keep requesting information that is already provided or impossible to obtain.

I have a right to cash my winnings. I need the money to settle gambling debts. This is not the way customers should feel when playing casino games. Please keep in mind that the deposits I made are 200, 60, 100 and 80 euros in months. Every soul on the planet understands these amounts have nothing to do with money laundering or foul play. It's simply a casino that does not want to pay its customers and promotes gambling addiction.
