Found for the Casino - This player has failed to enter the bonus codes correctly when making a deposit. As such they have not received the relevant bonuses.

When making a deposit and entering the promo code this casino is intentionally misleading. You enter the code, there is a lit up green switch that says use bonus switch to on. However there is also an arrow that says nothing. Apparently this is to activate the code. No label nothing. I went to customer be setvice straight after deposit and was told i didnt activate the bonus by pressing the unlabeled activate button. Was also told they can't activate the bonus! Strange every other casino can. Im out $35 100spins. LAnyway i decided to fix my error the nextime around, deposit another $35, type in the code. Push the unlabelled activate button, to which the arrow changes to a bin. Still says nothing. Hit deposit and again no bonus. [EDIT]

Before going any further - I have had to edit out a large section of your complaint submission due to the abusive nature of your language and the derogatory nature of the statements about members of staff. If there is a repeat of this we will discontinue any further involvement in your claim.

We've discussed this issue with the operator and sadly we are unable to uphold your claim.

When depositing you are presented with the screen shown below:

To receive a bonus you need to enter the bonus code and click 'Add' as would be intuitive from the design. On your first deposit you did not do this and as such did not receive the bonus.

On your second deposit you did add a code correctly, but you added the code for the first deposit bonus. As this was not your first deposit, you were not entitled to receive this bonus at this stage. You would have needed to add the code for the second deposit bonus.
