I signed up Gslot and sent my documents and waited to get an email from them to confirm my verification My number 1 rule is not to play with any online casinos unless verified and an email stating this totally verified So I dep with them won 400 and cahed out no issue got it after 4 days then dep again won on the 13 of April 4000 cashed out it was rejected send a selfie of myself and they approved it Keep in mind I had already cashed out before but still sent them 20 pictures of selfie until they said its approved now 22 days later I still have yet to see my withdrawal when I look into my account its showing there under pending has not been processed just been sitting there since the 13 of April I have been given the run around the first shcat conversations I trusted that when they said it was being processed i really believed them but that went on for 22 days Please please help me I booked a vacation for my grandsons birthday His father died I really never imagined I would have to cancel it he was so happy he is only 9 years old and now he is s sad that we cannot go I really never thought after 22 days i wold not see the winnings..I am not a new player of online casinos no have played with ruby fortune for 13 years and Uk with never never issues of withdrawals I trusted this Gslot casino I never thought this would happen did every thing right by not dep unitll i got a email telling me that I as verified but even though I am and they say yes still my winning shave not been given I could see them pending have not been touched from April 13 2022 today is april 28 2022

They are not waiting for anything they have verified me I was simply saying that I am verified, and now I have been waiting for the 4000 to be processed but it's not being and they keep saying it will be very soon but this has been said to me for the last 24 days and never does it get processed..The chat group tells me the same thing it's being processed but 24 days have passed and it's not being processed..The withdrawal was made on April 12, 2022, and today is May 1, 2022, It has been almost a month but they tell me to wait my turn I can see if its was only 3 days and that was said but after 24 days it is not ok that my 4000 is not processed or they keep saying the team is working on it It has been the same thing each chat group says no other info. Actually, it is really upsetting when you do not know why after 24 days it's still pending and they say it's because to prevent fraud so they take their time to wait your turn ..

If you saw the chat group from the 13 of April till the now all they say is the same thing even when the customer service or support team emails me it is the something Their response is the same and I quote It is being done this has gone on for almost a full month as you can see the dates This is an example of their email and everyone is the exact words almost like a copy paste

This is another email now from the 25th of April and it shows the same misleading information straight from the team it's being processed please wait this has been going on for almost a full month give and take a couple of days it is unbelievable and not professional

I have sent all my chat conversations so sorry for the pile-up just to show you that every day from the 5th day when my winning s their pending they have never said anything that would let time know when will it be processed The support team that is there and emailing me as said nothing to me that tells me when it will be processed If you can see they keep giving me a run around almost a scamming technique to avoid paying their customers ... Please help me get my 4000 processed as when they process it I would get it within 1 day Like the last withdrawal of 400 ..

Again you misunderstood me there is nothing that they are waiting for NOTHING They simply are keeping my withdrawals 2000 two of them adding up to 4000 in the pending stage and keep telling me that I have to wait my turn or that the finance team is working on it Its been like this for now 27 days they are processing it but never does. Keep in mind I had a 400 dollars withdrawal before this one and it was processed in a timely matter of 4 days after I withdrew it so this one seems to be sitting there and they take me as a fool making me believe it will be processed but each passing day it's still there pending
